• Small weights measure just under 2” in overall length and weighs 13 grams each. Must be at least 4g to wear.
• Medium weights measure approximately 2” in overall length and weighs 19 grams each. Must be at least 4g to wear.
• Large weights measure approximately 3” in overall length and weighs 37 grams each. Must be at least 4g to wear.
• Extra Large weights measure approximately 3 ½” in overall length and weighs 56 grams each. Must be at least 2g to wear.
