Four genuine stones are bezel-set in solid 14k gold making a diamond-shaped cluster. Small clusters have 1.25mm stones and measure approximately 4mm by 5.5mm wide; medium clusters have 1.5mm stones and measures approximately 4.5mm by 6mm wide.
Press-fit jewelry is sold as two separate pieces: the decorative end is one piece, and the shaft and attached end is a second piece. If you need a complete piece of threadless jewelry, make sure to purchase a press-fit post for your end.
